We are an independent mobile locksmith company based in Swindon and serving North Wiltshire including the Cirencester, Cricklade, Faringdon, Chippenham and Marlborough areas. We aim to deliver a reliable and honest 24 hour locksmith and security service utilising the highest standards. We will also respond to emergency calls at any time of the day or night, aiming for a 1hr response depending on your location.

Our engineers are experienced with all types of locks, including safes and UPVC mechanisms. Don’t be persuaded that a lock cannot be picked open after a few minutes of trying. Most standard locks do not have to be drilled so always ask how the locksmith is intending to gain entry.

We are dedicated to promoting non-destructive entry techniques. We use the latest lock opening tools and techniques and if we need to drill or destroy a lock in order to gain entry we promise to replace the lock free of charge. *Does not apply to broken or damaged locks, safes or when keys have been lost and security has been compromised.

Unlike the National Franchises we can offer you a value for money service tailored to your requirements without the need to drive up costs to cover high end advertising. Your security is important to us, your recommendation has value and we will aim to achieve both.

Always try and obtain at least three different quotes for your job. The cheapest is not always the most cost effective so as well as getting an estimate of costs ask questions:

How long will the job take?

Do you carry stock to do the job today?

Where are you based and when can you attend?

Any locally based locksmith will be able to answer all three questions without having to ring you back to find an engineer.

Not all locksmiths are equal, some specialise in safes, cars or control of entry systems. At Keyway Locks we can offer you all of these specialisations under one roof. We will give a free estimate of costs, subject to site survey. There will be no added costs, other than VAT, without agreement from you.

We use only quality materials and offer a 24 month guarantee of workmanship. Lock manufacturer’s guarantees differ; however, we will replace or repair any item that has failed within 12 months’ other than due to abuse or wilful damage.

We will try to price match our products to those that can be found in the local DIY stores. In most cases our materials are the same price if not cheaper, not always, and when we know we are more expensive we will tell you so you can always have the choice of where you buy.

We will not try to sell you products that are unnecessary or unsuitable to your needs.
