We are not affiliated with any franchise, manufacturer or national register, so that we may remain free to offer well balanced and professional security advice and a reliable service at all times. Serving the Swindon and the North Wiltshire area since 2004, we are dedicated to promoting non-destructive entry techniques, if we need to drill or destroy a lock in order to gain entry we promise to replace the lock free of charge. This does not apply to broken or damaged locks, safes or when keys have been lost and security has been compromised.

Unlike the National Franchises we can offer you a value for money service tailored to your requirements without the need to drive up costs to cover high end advertising. We have no call-out charges and will always try and give an accurate estimate of costs before we arrive, there should be no added costs, other than VAT, without agreement from you.

As locksmiths and also as householders, we understand that your security is important to you and that sometimes it's difficult to choose which company to trust. Most people will have no reason to call a locksmith in their lifetime but when you do you need to know that the person turning up on your doorstep is reliable, honest and trustworthy. All our engineers are CRB checked, wear identifiable uniform and carry identification.

Our vans carry a comprehensive range of stock and offer a variety of locks in different finishes to suit your circumstances, taste and budget. We aim to be able to complete your job in one visit. In the event that we need to make a second visit, unlike the national franchises, there are no additional visit fees.
